The FROSTY MACHINE had black nasty slime running down the front.
Terrible, burger needed reheating and the fries were old and cold with a few fresh mixed in! I spent $14.99 and I'm not happy!
Walking in the Lobby is filthy tables needed wiped down, floors needed mopped. But they at least put wet floor sign out 3in one area side by side
The restroom was heavily sprayed with Lysol to hide whatever stench it could. The toilet was nasty the sink was just as bad.
Food was cold stale and tasted like it had been sitting there all morning. Did not even want to go back in and ask for fresh products.
The drink station is sticky and trash all around the tea dispenser looks beat up and rusty it has white chalky film on the lids. The Soda Machines had no ice and half the products were out. No telling the last time it was cleaned
Drive through line very slow. The order taker was sure to ask what kinds of sauce I wanted for my nuggets and they were out of what i really wanted. So i settled for something else and then there was no sauce in my bag. Seemed annoyed that I wanted a drink carrier for my three drinks. Fries were warm but not anything to brag about. Food decent, after reading reviews i hope my daughter doesn't get food poisoning from her nuggets. I sat in drive through for 15 mins and watched one of the managers stacking bread trays outside. I think that was weird. But oh well. Ill be back but I'm disappointed.
I walked in to order my favorite saves hot and juicy burger and as I was waiting for my order I notice the manager Micah using his bare hands getting a drive through customers nuggets! I talked to Michelle the manager and she said are you sure and then said sorry , am I sure yeah... So sure I got a refund on my Dave hot and juicy burger that I had been craving. Dirty ... Don't go there

Absolutely terrible. I have tried it over and over again for many years. Now I'm frustrated enough to write this review and post my name behind it. Every single time they get my order wrong and the hot meals are cold. They need better management. Not just someone to give me a discount off my bill. I'll gladly pay for my meal to be correct. I was hoping their new facility remodel would have brought that in. Yes it's fast food, but it's the same thing for many years now? I like the way their food taste, but can't stand going back in to get my order correct anymore. They finally lost my business for good. I hope you all have better luck with them.
