Food is always good. Always clean. Staff is always friendly. Hostess is super nice! I have two young daughters that love to come here and the hostess always is super friendly with them and tries to entertain them if we have any sort of wait, while also continuing to take care of anyone else she needs to. Definitely a family restaurant!
Manager does not communicate well and poorly handled our situation. He assumed we wanted a comp meal but in reality an apology for the product would have been good instead of saying "that's how it comes".
They seem to have upped their game quite a bit with some new management and staff. I had a similar situation but the salad came out perfect and my mushroom stuffed chicken was spot on (and HOT).
I ordered a Southern Smokehouse burger medium to medium well - it came out black, charred and very over done with no sauce on it. The red headed male manager didn't really care when I mentioned it to him - he did get me another burger but he acted like it was a major inconvenience to him and his staff. Our top shelf long island iced teas were not right at all. They tasted very strong, like the wrong alcohols were used. Server Kaitlin will be what ruins this particular location. She was rude, didn't check drinks, didn't care that my burger was burnt, she brought it out to me anyways when it should have been obviously rejected at the window, her hair was down, unkempt, stringy and dirty. I took pictures of 5 individual servers with their hair down and around their shoulders. Not appropriate to health standards. Servers should have their entire hair pulled back with nothing hanging around their faces that they have to continuously be flicking around and touching. On my way out, I mentioned to Kaitlin she should have her hair pulled back. She referred to me as 'snarky'. This was my first and only visit to Chili's that will ever happen. I did not get $80 worth of food and service. I am extremely disappointed. Family of four - four burgers, two sodas, 3 total long island iced teas.
Jaime was awesome and she got us our happy hour drinks our stat! It took less that 3mins!!! Then our order came out swiftly after!!! She checked up on us when we needed it and listened to our special request with the margaritas! Thanks so much! This was a great experience!
Old:Couldn't believe how badly timed everything was. I had tilapia, my friend a salad. When they came to the table my fish was luke warm and the cheese on the salad was melted.
