Drive thru experience: Well, at least it's open. Last time we were here, the drive thru wasn't even operating. The time after that, they were closed way before closing time. Ok, so tonight, we decided to try again. We love the food! We have been in the drive thru for 40 minutes now. The first 15 minutes, we were just sitting at the speaker, waiting to order. There were 4 cars in front of us. We finally get to the window and pay. The worker comes back a few minutes later, and he says it's going to be few more minutes as they catch up on orders from the crowd inside. So, we're still waiting. We ordered a baked family meal.
Delicious pastas, pizzas, and submarino sandwiches!!! Great friendly staff, quick service, and very easy to find. Just a half mile north of 50 highway ON 291 highway. My wife and I ordered 2 submarinos and our 2 girls shared a double pizza slice meal. The food was at the table before I got our drinks made.
I am giving 2 stars because the food is still very good, and the poor guy working the window is very polite and apologetic. It isn't his fault, I know. Not sure if it is management, ownership, or broken equipment, etc, but something very bad is happening here!!!
I ordered the baked sampler. It was confirmed 3 times. I got a classic sampler. Not what I wanted. Didn't know it until I got home. Too late. I didn't want to go back after waiting 15 minutes in the drive up. Someone enjoyed my baked samplers.
We have lived in Lee's Summit for over 17 years, and this is our only nearby Fazoli's. It has deteriorated tremendously in the past 6 months or so. Extremely disappointed.
Was helped by a young lady by the name of abrianna, service was great!!! Food was exceptional and the environment was very clean!! Can't wait to eat here again!
We may never get out of here. Ordered food to go 15 minutes ago and the lady who ordered in front of me is still here. I keep watching them drop food that is ready. So then they have to remake the food that should have already been served. This is ridiculous.
