9 times out of 10 things are great! On the 10th you end up with cold fries or something that resembles a rewarded burger. Standard sonic.
I have given this sonic MANY chances simply because it is close to home. Had the last straw tonight and will not be coming here again. My husband and I are now going to the other end of town for whenever we want sonic. EVERY single time I have come &ordered mozzerella sticks with marinara, they specifically ask me how many &it always shows on the receipt how many I ordered and PAID for, but I get home with no sauce every single time. They also are very slow service whether I pull up to a parking spot or go through the drive thru which should be faster. I have worked in customer service &always give ppl the benefit of the doubt because I know mistakes are made. However, when it is every single time, thats an issue. Very unhappy...
I love this sonic. My sister has a nut allergy and they go out of their way to make sure that she can have ice cream without there being a risk.
The food is good and usually correct. I've only had a few minor errors in orders but nothing too bad. The employees change a lot but they are nice and fast. They offer deals throughout the week, which is nice on saving money. I would definitely recommend this Sonic because they really care about their customers.
*update - 100% of the time this locations popcorn chicken is discussing while the other sonics in KS are great. Also, looking bad with 3 or 4 stalls with chairs sitting out to block stalls with bad card readers. Get a clue franchise owner and fix the place up!
Forgot our order. Then we buzz em back and they ignored it. Finally walked up and got food. Somehow they made it fresh and it was still cold. That's impressive (ly bad)
