For no busier than they were it took way long to get any service at all after being seated. My husband asked for extra fettuccine sauce and that was at last an 8 minute wait while his food got cold. We were told they ran out of sauce. May be true maybe not. To get a drink refill was a joke. Twice my husband's glass was filled while mine sat more than half empty. Usually a manager comes and checks on you., not the case today.
soup, drinks and Spinach Artichoke Dip our appetizer unfortunately the latter served last. What amazed me is when the Mgr approach us in our table and apologize and told us that our appetizer is free..Amazing, that is truly a quality customer service. .Food is delicious..though we waited 25minutes but its worth it..Will go there again

Joanne was the bomb, it was busy when we went last Thursday but she was not in the weeds. She handled herself really well and was able to still build great rapport with her customers. And it really made the experience even more fun!

Incredible service. I placed an online order and arrived in person for carry out only to discover I failed to complete the order online so it never registered. The staff quickly took my order in person and filled. That would be 3-stars. However, every employee that walked by smiled and said hello, and I had 4 different people offer to get me a drink while waiting. The gentleman checking me out was extremely gracious. The manager clearly puts an emphasis on service and the staff responds. Best experience at an Olive Garden ever!
I hadn't been to this location before, we went early to beat the dinner crowd. I'll start with, the reason they got 3 stars is the food was good and our server was also fine. However, when we walked in the door at 5 o'clock the entire host staff (of 4)had no idea what was going on, it took them several minutes to even greet us, I don't know if they tossed a bunch of new people in together, if so bad call by management, our server ended up seating us - again no issue with our service - food was good, but not what it used to be by any means. I could easily have made the dish I had at home for about 1/4 of the price. The salad was a bit soggy and the bread was very dry and hard on the ends... over all 3 stars is being generous.
