We love this location, the management and staff. They always go above and beyond. We order from them often for lunch at work, and they are always very accommodating and friendly towards all of us. We highly recommend this location!
I had a very bad bad experience with Dominos on December 17th. When I called to notify administration I was put on the phone with a gentleman named Nicholas. He soon appeared to no nothing about management. He put a young lady who began to speak to me with disrespectful. My daughter took the phone and began to explain when this lady named Allison became agitated and accused of us just wanting a FREE handout. She was extremely RUDE using profanity. She refused to give her name and HUNG UP!!!. My daughter called back got Nicholas to give us her name and the district Managers name Alex. When I called to talk to Alex he pretty much blew me off. So here you go Dominos I no longer will patronize your business. Just want fellow Lee's Summit people to know what you did!!!
Always great pizza and courteous service. The people at the store know me. I know what my pizza will taste like because they are consistent. Friday night tradition. Thank you for being there for us!
I was given the wrong order, instead of bringing me a new pizza he came back and took the pizza then left. He came back later with what Im guessing was my original order it was cold and looked like it was taken out then put back in all sloppy. When I called to complain I was told that I got what I ordered so there would be no refund or replacement pizza.
Absolutely the worst pizza I've ever consumed! Ate 2 slices and threw the rest away. Supposed to be a deep dish and it was no thicker than an original. Asked for it to be well done and it came to my door undercooked and doughy. Not to mention it was 50 minutes delivery time. For a hippie to not want pizza it has to be bad LOL needless to say I will never order from here again and I highly recommend no one else does either!
