I visited this store fairly recently. Was greeted and helped by Micky (think that is her name). She was helpful and friendly but made me feel very uncomfortable because she was extremely pushy and tried to push me to buy jewelry that I did not really want. Her style reminded me of some car dealership types - vulture that descends on a potential customer. I decided I will not return and went elsewhere and was not treated that way at all in the next 3 stores that I visited in the area. Another lady here also assisted me and she was not very pushy so MIcky was whispering to her and trying to get her to push me more. Then MIcky took over and really irritated me to the max. I doubt that I will be returning to this store again because it is too high pressure (at least from Micky).
I absolutely LOVE Helzberg Diamonds in Lee's Summit. Jewelry is luxurious and magnificently made, as well as affordable. Love the staff here. They're amazing! Ordered my birthday gift last Saturday and as soon as it came in Fri I was notified immediately. My only bummer with the last trip is, I called in advance regarding the beats deal to see if my purchase qualified, waited for a little bit for Alexis to verify that my purchase DID qualify, and got to the store to be told it did not by another employee. Totally bummed out. Love my ring SOOOOO very much but just kinda bummed was told one thing after double checking and then told another upon arrival
Friendly staff and not pushy salesmen
I was told one price and then charged a different price I might have caught this a little sooner if I would have been given the correct receipt, Instead I was given someone else's. After calling today to inform them of the situation, I was told that I must be wrong, because that was the price. I'm not going to get stupid over $100.00 but right is right and wrong is wrong.
Like I said they have lost my business.
I have always had great experiences with the Helzberg store but after my latest experience, I will never go back to this location.
