I went in to Especially Jewelry yesterday to help a friend pick up a ring. The owner Del met with us and helped us in every way! Del answered all of our questions and was extremely kind. Del has the heart of a teacher not of a "pushy" sales person. Highly recommend to anybody looking for fine Jewelry.
If my husband I could rate higher than 5 Stars, we definitely would. We went in needing a repair, as well as a new wedding band. The staff did an excellent job of meeting both needs; from the lady in the show area being extra helpful to the jeweler himself coming out to offer assistance.Another staff member also stepped in to help us in a decision. We had multiple questions, and it took us a while for a decision on the band but their patience never wavered. Such purchases are often stressful and this was not the case this time! We are very thankful we chose this jewelry store and couldn't be more pleased! It made our 5 year anniversary we were celebrating even more special.
They did a great job helping me find a wedding ring for my extra small finger. Great people. Unique jewerly.
I get my watch batteries changed here, they are super friendly and do a great job, not to mention I did some price shopping for my area and they seems to be the least expensive
