Eskew's has wonderful customer service! They are courteous, kind and very friendly. I was shopping with my husband for a wedding ring. I found exactly what I was looking for in less than an hour. The ring is stunning (I'll update with a picture soon), great quality!
I want to start by saying that this store is gorgeous and has a lot of options with friendly people that are willing to work with you. This is the only place I go to buy my wife's jewelry!
Definitely disappointed with my experience here. Me and my fiancé went in the first time and met a lady that while not over the top amazing was helpful and pleasant. The second time we went in we were helped by another lady who had a horrible attitude. She didn't smile one and her attitude was as if she was angry that she had to help us. Every time we asked to look at a ring she would sigh as if we were asking her to move mountains. Also the jewelry store has horrible return policies. almost every ring we looked at the lady said that we could not return it for any reason. Both me and my now wife will never go back to this store for anything, especially when there are so many amazing jewelry stores in KC. The only reason they don't have One star is because the first lady during our first visit.
All the staff at Eskew Fine Jewelers goes above and beyond your needs. My soon to be fiance and I came in to look at engagement rings and we received the best customer service possible. We found the ring I love and he could afford. Their quality is top notch with very reasonable prices. The girl even asked if we would like to pick the ring up that day. I was so surprised I could not believe they could size and mount the diamond that quickly for us. We will definitely be using Eskew's for all of our Jewelry needs. Thank you so much!
Do not shop here! One star is too many. I took my grandmother's wedding ring here and asked them to make it into a necklace for my daughter's wedding, when I went to pick it up, they only gave me a "pendant", wanted to charge me another 200 dollars for the chain! Be careful, they will rip you off!
