I've always had a positive experience with Dr. Cobbinah and her staff. The nurses are friendly and are quite knowledgeable. The location is new, however, Dr. Cobbinah has been my Dr for almost 20 years. The time span of being her patient should say enough. I would recommend her to anyone needing a Women's Health physician.
The nirses were rude they always tried to reschedule appointments and forgot to schedule my wife to be induced. Im fed up. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in on the 5th of Dec. Had to come back the next day to get an ultrasound done. The RN knapp started me on BC. Ten days later still no sign of the perscription. I have called in to them 4 times asking about it. . .3 times I was told they were "submitting it". It has never showed once on my Rx claims with my insurance. Nor has it been at my pharmacy. I had my PCP's nurse call over there twice. . .same run around thing. Today i went into the office and their reception desk couldn't even get ahold of their nurses. . .that are literally five feet away! Again another run around as I asked them to print off the script. . .i was told they only e-send them. I went into my PCP office after getting all the nessacery documents signed and in less than 10mins my doctor had my script in. I wouldnt waste my time here go somewhere else.
Not a fan of the ultrasound technician I had, but I LOVE Dr. Cobbinah and her nurse!!
