Having been to countless Chiropractic firms and never really finding relief, I thought I would give Dr. Symes and Rejuvenate a try. After only two visits, I'm already feeling much much better!! Rejuvenate is a state of the art facility and Dr. Symes is the best Chiropractor I've ever been to.
Dr Scott, Psychologist, is very friendly and professional. I really believe he would be awesome as a collegiate professor. I have been to several psychologist and what I found challenging about my visits here is that I felt like I was sitting in a classroom. Rather than having productive dialogue for my situation, I was given handouts extracted from educational material and articles that he had written himself. Well-known psychiatrist, such as Aaron Beck, were being quoted and theories regurgitated. This approach may be a great match for some patients, but it wasn't effective for me. Additionally, I got a call from the office asking me to schedule testing. "What kind of testing," I asked. "Some that Dr Scott ordered," was replied. The person did not share the type of testing or purpose. I was told that Dr Scott would call me to discuss. That was over a month ago and I never received a call. Dr Joe is super nice and seems very knowledgeable. But again, you will be given a recommended treatment plan and there doesn't seem to be much flexibility. My experience was that hundreds of dollars were suggested that is not covered by any insurance company. But if this doesn't bother you, I would definitely recommend Dr Joe. I also have to agree with other posts. The office manager is quite a bull dog about Accounts Receivables. The vibe my friend and myself received was that the premise to the office approach is that they must fight for every penny because one cannot trust patients to pay a bill. Most provider's offices obtain copays up front, wait for the insurance payment, and then bill the patient. If this is what you like and are accustomed to, DO NOT GO HERE. They want what they state up front and then if they over collect, you will have to implement action to get a refund. It is a professional office, organized, and very clean. This was really appreciated.
Great people. Great place. I've visited Rejuvenate many times over the years for chiropractic services, mostly for acute issues and specifically in my lower back, upper back, and elbow / arm. They've worked to get me in quickly and Dr. Joe fixed me up effectively every time. I love the no-pressure environment and legit focus on what I have going on at any point in time. It's nice to have a place I can count on and do not hesitate to recommend Rejuvenate. Massage services are great, and I've heard from friends their mental health and weight loss programs offer the same quality of service. Keep up the great work!

I've been going to Rejuvenate since they 1st opened. While they have grown over the years, their quality of care never waivers. I've had nothing but the best service and care from Rejuvenate's staff and Doctors.
I have learned a great deal about how to better take care of myself and prevent many issues based upon the guidance of Dr. Symes. This actually means that I don't need to see him as often which is a true testament to his desire to improve my overall quality of life instead of just
