I have been in twice in the last week. The first time I got good customer service at the counter and they even let me return some lip gloss right after I bought it when I realized it had been opened. However, when I came back today, they didn't have the color in the product I wanted and when I mentioned it to the sales staff at the counter after being told I couldn't mix and match brands for the sale, neither of the women standing at the counter offered to try to help me find another product. They let me just walk out the door. Both times I have been there I have walked by multiple sales staff and not a single person asked if they could help me get find anything. That's not good customer service.
I love ulta! I walk in and feel excited about life and know that with each dollar spent, I earn points and I know that if I do have a problem with my product, I can return or exchange it.
Anytime I go in I'm usually greeted at the door with a "hello! Welcome to Ulta" but as I'm actually shopping I'm never asked if I need help, which is okay because I hate being asked and also hate asking for help. But when I check out they are friendly. Love the products sold here.
I love that Ultra Beauty carries natural makeup lines like Bare Minerals, which is my choice line. They have my favorite concealer in the right skin tone. Also, the general manager was exceptional! She got me signed up for the free rewards program and gave me a complimentary birthday gift for my June birthday.
Nice variety of products, but you kinda need to know what you are looking for, help not always available.
