The nail polish that I did get stayed on well but when I tried to take it off , it would not come off at all. I am not sure what the workers put on my nails at the end of the appointment but I've never had this issue before. This polish will not come off.
Unfriendly staff, I use to only go there mainly due to convenience, however every time I went they didn't give a professional manicure. Pedicures were always nice. Manicures I would always have shellac on my cuticle. If I was particular on what I wanted they acted very inconvenienced and on my last visit on which has made me not return, I came in for a manicure due to a cracked nail that was going to break at a very painful length. I asked for acrylic overlay to keep it from breaking and they used glue. They were so salty the rest of the visit and at the end didn't lotion my hands and asked for payment with zero eye contact. Anyway, The nail was cracked by the next day. I immediately went back to get repaired and when I walked in they said they were too busy and there would be a wait. I said okay, she told me to sit down to wait, which I just was put off by the bossiness. Maybe I like to stand. However it was the tone more so than the bossiness. I am completely fine with waiting. I asked for acrylic instead of glue again and they ended up fixing the nail with acrylic like originally wished for. They did a crappy job, but it got done, they didn't charge me for the repair. I have not been back. They are very rude and unwelcoming. Very unfortunate.
One of the Top Nail Salons in Lee’s Summit! Helen does an amazing job and most everyone is fantastic here. You can’t go wrong. Make sure to call and make an appointment if you plan to go on the weekend. It’s always busy here!
Experience was awful. I asked for an almond shape and he gave me stiletto - and claimed it was almond. It’s extra if you want certain shapes too. He rushed through it, was on his phone, watching tv, and smoked outside the door. I went another time and the wait was awful, they forgot about us even though we signed in. They don’t look at the wait list. They are rude and the nails were horrible . Acrylics are expensive and I expect them to be pretty- these were thick, crooked, and cut too short. Make sure you keep asking for what you want because they will not listen and just ignore you. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s horrible . Save your money and go somewhere else.
Tech was great and spoke English well making it easier to communicate. Very good pedi !!
