Hands down best gym in KC and it only gets better. I wouldn't lift anywhere else, the staff are friendly, the members are friendly, it's always clean and it's locally owned. So what more could you ask for.
The staff is always very helpful. The owner is constantly upgrading the place.
I have been using this gym for close to 6 months.
Overall I would say this place is ideal for me. It's affordable, its conveinent, and it has all hr equipment i like.
It is clean, they have a ton of hammer strength equipment which is super rare.
The best hardcore gym around!
