A beautiful studio with caring teachers. A variety of classes and styles of Yoga. Something for everyone from beginners to long time practioners.
From day one, the genuine nature to this studio has be very apparent. I have had to delight of taking class from most the instructors and they are each wonderfully unique and most knowledgable.
I dropped in for the Friday evening class, and it was well worth it! I was able to stretch and relax and get rid of my week's worth of tension and stress from the job. I walked out actually ready to have a good weekend.
I love how it's a yoga only studio so I don't get distracted by the multitude of other yoga type classes that are now offered. (Not saying those classes are bad :)) Keeps it simple and focused. Just what I personally desire.
This is a very warm and inviting studio that has classes seven days a week for all levels of yoga students--from the total newbie to the seasoned practitioner. I enjoy the variety of classes, workshops, and special events that are offered, but I especially love the feeling of community that the teachers and students share in this lovely space. Come join us--you'll be glad you did!
