Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is neat and clean. Great return policy and I love that they offer free puppy play times.
I've brought my two dogs there a few times and each time the price was more and more which was frustrating then this last time I brought in my new little fur baby who's only 6 months old along with my two older pups and every single one of them had nics and cuts with blood scabing! Not to mention being charged way more than I should have for such a small dog. I called and left a message for the manager never got a call back. I will not be bringing any of dogs back to this location.
Grooming glued bows to my dogs ears. We had to cut a patch of hair off and saw the hot glue under the bows. Who in their right mind would glue something on a dog? Also, the grooming section said they “found one or two fleas” on each of my two dogs and charged another $7.50 for flea shampoo. Crazy! Wouldn’t recommend the grooming to anyone. I wish there was a zero star option!
DO NOT BUY REPTILES FROM THIS STORE!!! I have been frequenting here that past couple weeks to purchase items for my Bearded dragon. I usually purchase things online, but times are hectic, and the store was more convenient. On multiple occasions I noticed associates giving bad or off key advice about reptile care. At first I thought "hmm weird maybe just a new employee", keeping in mind this doesn't excuse the action but maybe they were misinformed. Fact of the matter is, as I continued to go I got more curious about the reptiles they have on show for sale. This was when I was appalled. After looking into the habitats I noticed that the temperatures were all way to low and I saw the reptiles being very lethargic, and despite food being in their enclosure they were not eating. (Most reptiles [especially Bearded Dragons] require heat to digest there food) This was when I noticed the food. The food they were feeding them is deadly to baby bearded dragons and will kill them at a young age. The food they were feeding them with their veggies were 'Calcium Binders' and will severely damage the immune system of the reptiles. I was disgusted. I decided to tell an associate, to who's response was nothing and seemed to be bothered I even said anything. DO NOT BUY REPTILES FROM HERE!!! They need more or specific employees trained to handle and care for the reptiles, similar to how a best buy has employees trained to sell computers verse TV's one employee can't do it all but they should be accepting of advice.
Vince the fish guy, was so knowledgeable, spent 30 min speaking fish. He is awesome!
