Service charge of $15, $39 minimum for the work done depending on time and difficulty. Literally 5 minutes of work, 2 try's. $125 bill. Next time I'll just smash my window out and it'll be a cheaper fix.
No quote over the phone, ended up waiting an hour longer than told. Once they got here I was quoted 180.00. Lock doctor did the job for 60. This place is a scam, save some money and call someone else. Help put these guys out of business
Smash the window or have a burglar break in... its cheaper. They bait and switch, they say a low price to get you then immediately and without actually knowing what the work will entail skyrocket the price. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMING PREDATORS!!! CALL SOMEONE ELSE!! I wish I could give an even lower rating than 1 star
On the phone did not offer a quote for the service. They showed up and the cost was $200. Have tried to get a call back from a supervisor to discuss the charges, have not received a call back. Deceptive practices, do not recommend and will not use them again.
