Literally had an hour lunch. Got finished with my test for a Class E license in less than 5 minutes. Went over to go get my license. It took less than 10 minutes. Other DMV's I would be there almost 1-2 hours.

I live in Kansas City but always come to Lee's Summit because I've always found the DL Bureau personnel to be very courteous and efficient. Thanks to Franklin and all of you for making a necessary chore actually pleasant!
Came to take the test for my license (E). Testing center staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Was able to get in and out with no difficulty whatsoever.
While waiting in the lobby for my daughter to complete her driving test, I had to listen to Connie, behind the vehicle inspection counter, answer phone calls. She was so impatient and spoke rudely and in harsh tones to the people calling in. She was very sarcastic and loud. I found it so sad- how she treated callers. People call asking questions because they need information about things they don't know. Connie definitely has the information they need. Connie needs to be professional while on the job.
I know everyone HATES having to go to the DMV, but I had the most PLEASANT experience just now! I called the Driver Exam & Testing Center because I couldn't find the new location of the Lee's Summit DL Bureau, and I spoke with Franklin. He was very, VERY nice, and gave me a) the new address of the DL Bureau, b) the new phone number and c) directions for how to get there. What great service!
