Sears in Lee's Summit is a worthless store. Do not ever go there. I bought a Kenmore BBQ set from Sears in Overland Park, got home and found it was missing some of the pieces so I took it back to the Sears in Lee's Summit close to my house. They carry the exact same set however they will not exchange it. I was told I have to go back to the store I bought it from. That is just stupid. If they can t help you with such a simple problem then they need to be shut down.
Very nice salespeople here. they will spend time with you and make sure you get what ypu want and need. i like that it isnt owned by a big company but a local business.
