I can never find anyone to help me whenever I go to this location. I scheduled an appointment for an in-home consultation and when nobody showed up for an hour, I had to talk to 8 different people through customer service to find out that the person who was supposed to come was on vacation. However, they never blocked off the time on the online calendar. There were plenty of appointment available and I'm sure a few other people were in the same boat. Will be using Home Depot exclusively from now on.
Spent a ton of money, for me at least, on a counter top and a stove top. I was promised that within 24 -48 hours I'd get a call from the installer to set up measuring. One week later I'm still waiting for that call. So I call the store, I am promised a return call within 30 minutes. That was 3 hours ago, the store is closed and no call. Very quick to take my money very slow on delivery of the purchase.
The man that helped me with my doorbell situation was excellent he knew exactly what I needed he opened it up explained it to me I came home and did it his name was John he deserves a golden star fantastic employee the best I have had help me at Lowe's and Lee's Summit job well done
If you'd like to contribute $2,000 to the Lowe's Charity Fund THIS is your store. If you'd like to pay for a privacy fence AND wait for FIVE WEEKS to have it installed only to NOT have them show up OR contact you with an explaination. THIS is your store. Why? Because this store full of clowns, who will happily take your money and put you on a long *ss waiting list to have service that never seems to come. When I contacted the store for an update (for the fifth or sixth time), I was once again told that they have no earthly idea what THEIR CONTRACTOR is doing. It's absolutely laughable that this place has the audacity to offer service and literally service is nonexistant. I paid for the privacy fence that I DON'T yet have on Oct. 12, 2017. It is now November 21, 2017. If you'd like to enjoy talking to the staff of Lowe's who obviously can't control the people they contract with, THIS IS THE STORE for you.
LS Lowe's is the Lowe's of our choice. The location is convenient and the area is extremely nice! We purchase the majority of our flowers here and all of our trees. In the Spring they have a nice selection of trees at reasonable prices. They currently have a nice selection of cute Fall and Halloween decorations. The employees have always been friendly and helpful.
