Brian (sales manager) came out and performed a very thorough examination of our needs, provided multiple options and not once pressured us on which option we should choose. Great information, respectfully presented with no pressure. I really appreciated that approach. After deliberating for a day or 2 we made our choice to go with "Four Seasons".

Update: I received a call from the owner the following day and what was most impressive was his honesty. No excuses, no song and dance just an admission of oversight and what seems to be a sincere request to "make it right". The following day I received a call from the scheduling manager and, again, no excuses, just a sincere, heartfelt apology and a desire to "rekindle trust".
We're looking forward to the finished product and if it turns out like I think it will, it will be my pleasure to add that fifth star to the rating.
So my wife and I decided to have the siding replaced on the house we just bought. We had Blue Springs Siding and Window come out and give us a bid. Their sales rep informed us about the HERO loan program. Well come to find out a lot of the stuff he told us was a lie. Also he would take no for an answer and leave our house. I then found out that Four Seasons is approved for the HERO loan program. I went to Four Seasons store and told one of their reps what was going on. Their sales rep said he will send their siding guy out the next night. Well Brian their sales manager showed up for the appointment instead to ensure that we were taken care of. Brian explained their siding product in great detail and ensure we knew what we were purchasing. I highly recommend Four Seasons to anybody and plan on using them in the future for other projects around the house.
Four Seasons Windows Rocks! We had been in the market for new windows for a few years and had Brian visit our home with an estimate. Brian was knowledgable and offered us a great bid. The work was scheduled promptly and on the day of the delivery our installer, Chuck arrived to begin his work. We have a large home with many windows and Chuck eagerly went to work. He was thoughtful of our home and our schedule. He was friendly and very skilled. He worked so hard in the hot summer sun and replaced all of our 44 windows with top craftmanship. Our windows look amazing. They make our 24 year old home look brand new. I know that new windows are expensive and can be a huge investment but after seeing the finished work of Chuck and his crew of Zack and Chris, my new windows are worth every penny. I can now raise and lower them with two fingers and have beautiful skilled craftmanship in the trim around the windows outside. Kudos to Chuck and his crew and Four Seasons Windows for a job very well done.

Final Update: With regard to craftsmanship the end result was nothing short of amazing. There were a couple of very minor issues that will be corrected, but considering the scope of the project and the level of difficulty they faced on some of the project Hans, Frankie, and Chuck did a phenomenal job. Did everything go perfectly smooth? Of course not and I didn't expect it to. There were some very minor communication issues, but nothing to warrant giving any less than a 5 star rating.
Integrity is something that is missing in so many business models now a days. I believe it must be an important ingredient to the success of Four Seasons as it was the straight talk and taking responsibility for "messing up" that gave me pause to consider offering a second opportunity.
If you want the job done quickly for maybe a little less money and cutting corners is ok then do not use Four Seasons... however .... if you want a company that seems to be founded on integrity and skilled workers displaying the absolute BEST in craftsmanship and attention to detail, a crew that LISTENS to you and does their dead level best to make certain you are satisfied then this is the company to call. Period.
Our first impression walking into their office was very positive. After describing what we wanted, the gentleman set an appointment for a designer to come to our house. Abbey arrived on time and was prepared. We found her very knowledgeable and willing to make sure she understood what we wanted. Very positive.
When they're selling, customer service is stellar. When there's a problem with the low-quality product, customer service is non-existent. I've called at least a half dozen times in the past few months to schedule service on flimsy window locks that are defective. Each time someone else answers the phone, has no knowledge of my previous calls, but "will have someone call" me... apparently that person is always out of the office because no one has ever returned my calls. Finally got a service tech scheduled, but he called to cancel... buyer beware.
