Very good experience. I'm a picky shopper and have somewhat different tastes and I was skeptical that I would find what I wanted, but I found a sectional and chair that I love. Delivery was on time. After owning them for several months and my kids being kids on them I can say they hold up quite well.
There is absolutely nothing that Crowley Furniture can do better! Crowley has a very personalized touch that your competitors just can’t come close to. We also like to spend our money with a local company. Nice Job once again! We will be back!
This may be a strange review but as the niece, wife, a Vet myself and the mother of a Marine that served I want to thank you. By calling this a Black Friday sale event you all are showing great respect to all who have served our country by not demeaning them and what they have done and how it's altered their lives by calling it a Veterans Day sale. There are a lot of us out there who get angry when we see ads for "Veterans Day" and "Memorial Day" sales, shopping and partying is not the way to honor those who serve or have served. Thank You for reminding people of that.

Walked in to the Lee's Summit store looking for a new chair. Peggy Wieners greeted us and showed us around the show room. When we didn't see anything that "struck" us I told her I liked the shape of the Flex Steel demo chair (one that is cut in two showing the quality of build). Peggy showed us a very similar chair design and then helped with fabric selection for the chair. Forty minutes from entering the store to exiting with a custom order! Nice job Peggy and Crowley Furniture!
