They spent 45 minutes on a exchange trying to retain a 10% off coupon that was used on the original purchase. I finally had them give me my money back and repurchased using the same coupon that they could not figure out.
Friendly staff and answered all my questions. Very clean store and laid out well. Even helped with carrying out to load in the car.
Also it's hard to take your sales representative's serious when their slacks are 2-3 inches above their ankles. Management should be fired. If you can't even control something as simple as a dress code, how are you able to run a store?
Got a great deal on a new tv, not a return or refurbished. Unpacked the tv to find out that it was short 4 bolts for the stand. Called the store and the lady said we don't sell small screws so if I wanted to I could bring the tv back in to exchange it. Not gonna happen. Poor customer service.
I will be taking my business to NFM and/or Amazon from now on. I've gave this location way too many opportunities to step their game up. It amazes me how this location is able to keep their doors open. Between their piss poor customer service skills and employees that lack basic information about their products.
Still not impressed. Second visit today. Trying to steer me to more expensive laptop. when I found one I liked. Did not have one in stock. Still trying to steer me too high-priced one. Tell me the only one I liked I had to drive Topeka to get it. Will not go back.
