This review is based on an experience I had a few years ago, I'm currently looking for a dermatologist to deal with some skin care issues however after reading the numerous bad reviews I'm kind of hesitant now to return. A few years ago I went because I had an abscess that was causing severe amounts of pain to the point that I could not move, and I called this location in tears and they were able to squeeze me in that exact same day as soon as I arrived. I don't recall anybody being rude, and the nurse or doctor, I'm not even sure who it is at this point, was very understanding and very sweet and friendly. I was very happy with her service. I was super thankful because the pain had developed over a few days and had gotten worse and they were able to find a spot for me within an hour or two to actually come in and get taken care of. Granted this also was a few years ago and it seems like the service has gone downhill since then. But I am giving it a five because at the time that I needed them they came through for me.
Thought this would be a good place, I should of listened to the reviews. Seen tamra wolf and she was in a big rush maybe seen me for 45 seconds max. She prescribed something that does not even work, and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting on a call for blood work. I will never go here again. Waste of time and money.
Saw Dr. Sebastien about an enlarged lump on my temple. Quite painful. Dr allayed fears, and scheduled me for outpatient surgery 5 weeks later. Not happy with delay, but what can you do. I appeared this date for the surgery, and was told I was not scheduled. Offered to reschedule in another 2 weeks. Good luck with that! I wont be going back...
It was my first appointment and the nurse and the doctor really took the time to explain everything to me, while also making sure I could get in and out as quickly as possible. Overall GREAT experience!
