When my daughter had a very serious eye infection, the staff booked an appointment for us immediately. Dr. Skelsey then monitored her eye closely over the next couple weeks. Our treatment couldn't have been better and we are very thankful.
Disrespectful front desk associate. Wanted to read from screen rather than speak to my face. Eye exam was covered with out insurance for free with no copay, yet the person wanted to give us the standard amount without calling it in.
Apparently "the help" of this facility is incapable of meeting the respectful nature of the doctor himself.
I have been using Summit Eye Center for about 5 years now. Everybody I have worked with has been wonderful. Dr. Skelsey is a skilled surgeon, and I have been very pleased with the outcome of my cataract surgery. The team has even gone beyond the call of duty to help me obtain a prescription that I needed. I am thankful to have Dr. Skelsey and his group on my team of medical doctors.
In addition, surgery scheduling specialist wanted to force upon me to get measurements done and set up an appointment with their people even though we had our own place we wanted to go to.
Unprofessional office to say the least, as extra paperwork needed to be filled out rather than having the opportunity to print out from website like the rest.
