I have used their Wal-Mart Pick up twice and I love it! Their customer service is great and a smile is always ready. Keep up the good work, guys!
Customer service is ALWAYS key to a good business/service! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS HERE!!! Employers are always standing around. Cashiers and workers throughout the store are rude and rarely want to help out when asked for assistance. The customer service desk is always short staff w/ extremely long lines due to lazy management and employees. Bathrooms are frequently disgusting... I could go on for days. Sucks this is the closest Walmart to my home.
Can go shopping anytime of day or night. The superstores have many more items for sale. EVERYTHING here has very good prices. And when winded, I can go to the McDonald's at the entrance to the store. Along with the restrooms close by. Pretty much everything for day to day needs here. And a grocery section where I can get all of my groceries at the same time. To top it all the parking lot has covered parking. This is fantastic when the temperature warms up
I saw a lady that was wearing leggings so tight she had camel toe. My dog barked at her from the car. The cops had arrested someone in the store and nailed him good with the tazer. I set up some stuffed bears to make them look like they were doing it. I'm sure security saw me on camera. Someone almost backed into me in the parking lot when I was leaving. I blew my horn and they stopped.
I'll be honest... As a general rule, I don't step foot in any Walmart unless fate dictates that I must. This Walmart isn't as bad as most. The grocery side still feels new ish. The rest of the store is just as big as any other, and has everything you'd expect from a Walmart. The only real issue with this place is.... it's still a Walmart.
