Very disappointed this location wouldn't take my $50 "new customer" discount negotiated with my companies' headquarters and Maaco headquarters. I guess I won't be a return customer...

Our name is phil & Carrie Ramsey. We just bought a 7 year old 40 foot fleetwood motorhome and the front due to the sun had damaged the clear coat on the front. Jerry and Josh gave us a very reasonable bid for repairs and painting. They had just installed a large spray booth that does accommodate my large motorhome which is 12.6 feet high. Jerry told me to return within 2 weeks and they could complete the work within 3 days. Three days after dropping off our motorhome the work was complete. When we arrived to pick up the unit we were so impressed with the work that their painter Steve had done. The paint was outstanding and looked like brand new but they not only painted the front Steve also had cleaned off the headlights which had a haze on them due to the age of the motorhome. Also, they painted the two awning arms too. Even with the additional work they did not increase what they had bid for the original job. All of their personnel are very courtious and hard workers and they treated our motorhome like there own. We highly recommend this business. They are great so don't hesitate to do business with this company. They also due custom work. We also received in writing that their work is guaranteed for 4 years. It is great to do business with honest people like this in today's world. THANKS TO ALL!!!

I had a horrible experience with them! Here's the story. I was referred to maaco from another company and I took the referral I needed repair on my hummer they told me it would take 5 days to repair so I got a rental car through Maaco next door called hertz rental. I had a car to drive from hertz rental after my 5th day I called Maaco and asked when my car would be ready for pick up they told me that it would take 2 weeks to get my hummer back then I can take my rental back to hertz and pick up my hummer and that they would pick up the rest of my bill after 5 days. So 9 days they would take care of! Ok so I go pick up my hummer went to pay off my rental there is a balance of 142.56 left over that Maaco neglected to pay that they should have paid for that was the agreement!!! I talked to the manager Jerry he said he would take care of it and hasn't so now it's on my credit report! Do not trust Maaco they only care about making money and not taking responsibility of what is going on here! Not Trust Worthy!!!

I so wish I could give this stupid place no stars most pathetic Auto Body car place ever been waiting for months to have my car fixed now they're telling me it's a different price and they can't find the parts for it after a couple months stupidest place ever I will never recommend this to anybody and don't make an online appointment because they won't see it and they won't know what you're talking about they don't check their messages they don't call back they don't do anything their horrible
