Unprofessional and rude staff. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Left work and drove a half hour to see the car. There was dog hair on the floor mats and a couple smudges on one of the windows likely from my children. The employee insisted that I had my dogs in the car. I never had my dogs in the car and I can assure anyone there would would have been a lot more dog hair in the car if my dogs would have been in the car. There were a few stray hairs on the seat, all easily taken care of with a vacuum. I had to take the car home and vacuum and clean it which I thought cleaning the car was part of what you pay for when you rent a car. Guess not at this place.

Worst service ever! Do not use this location if you need a rental due to an auto accident. Management is rude and unhelpful. Staff does not fully explain details. READ all paperwork or get ripped-off.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a rental car company, or business in general. The manager was extremely rude and non helpful when having to deal with me and the dealership that was repairing my vehicle. He was very unprofessional, complaining to me about not getting the balance paid when all he had to do was send an invoice to the dealership and they would cut the check. Instead he, without notice(I was under the assumption that it was taken care of), charged my account the $263. I was also told the overage charge was going to be $240.

If I could give them less I would! I called 4 days before my reservation to change my pick up time and was told by the person who answered the phone he was busy and would call me back (was very rude). Took my name and number and never called back! I showed up today to pick up my rental to be told my pick up time was 5:30. I explained that I had called on Monday and the person didn't call me back and I needed it sooner. He was very rude, he refused to help me and then told me I was being disrespectful. Refused to rent me a car. Got up and walked into the back room. I called my insurance company to explain the issue and it sounds like this wasn't the first time they had heard this. Do not use this location!! Very poor customer service

Long story short, I was basically told by the employee that I was lying. That there was no way there could be that much dog hair in the car if dogs hadn't been in there.

Is there a way to give a negative rating? I had a car through them for 2 weeks while my car was being repaired. Everything was fine during the rental. Left the car at the dealership and they picked it up from there. Got a call a half hour later that there was dog hair and paw prints all over the inside of the car. What???? This was at 10:00 am. I had until noon to come see the car or it would be sent out for detail and I would charged $175.

Never again will I rent a car from Hertz. Insurance will have to set it up at another company. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life.
