I HAVE BEEN COMING TO HANNA FOR A FEW YEARS FOR A DEEP TISSUE ,MASSAGE & FOOT SCRUBS & SHE IS TOTALLY FANTASTIC. i GET A FANTASTIC 2 HOUR DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE EVERY TIME & GO HOME FEELING FANTASTIC. i REFER MY FRIENDS TO HER WHENEVER i GET THE CHANCE. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE AT MASSAGE HEIGHTS IS GREAT, THEY HAVE YOU CHECKED IN WHEN YOU WALK TO IN THE DOOR. THANK YOU HANNA & MASSAGE HEIGHTS
This one star isn't even deserved! My husband signed me up for my membership many years ago and my experience used to be amazing. I moved and transferred to the this location. I never regretted my decision until this year! This place used to be the best of the best! The staff at the desk knew me when I walked in the door, they were always nice and knowledgeable and the therapist used to be top notch. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. It seems as no one at the desk has been trained and it takes longer to check out than my actual massage time. I have also not been able to find a quality therapist. I have wasted so much money on dis-satisfactory service. No one even seems to care! I've also spoken to their manager and what a waste that was. It's so sad that a once wonderful establishment is so run down. Luckily, I am no longer a prisoner!!!!!!!
Always friendly staff to greet when you walk in. The entire place is clean and spotless. I have never had a bad massage there. I have been getting massages for over 25 years. I especially enjoy my massage is from Andrea. She is hard to get in to see but worth the wait!
I’ve been getting massages for about 5 years now and I’ve had my two best masseuses from Massage Heights. Hanna and Talon are amazing! I’ve had a few others that were decent and one that was 15 minutes late getting me into my appointment (my reasons for rating 4 and not 5 stars). But overall, the establishment is friendly, clean, peaceful, and I would recommend this place to a friend.
The best! I've been to several massage businesses in KC and none compare to Lee's Summit Massage Heights.i believe they hire the best Therapists. I'm also very lucky to have found the best Therapist of all, Andrea. She is pure magic! Very knowledgeable, very skilled, very professional, and very sweet. Thanks Andrea!
