Great atmosphere for wellness healthcare. Staff is great.
I was a patient here for a year than I got a new job, and was unable to (because of work hours) make it to my appointments so I stopped making them and quit going. After a few months in the new job I was eligible for time off. It was about this time Illume Med Spa called me (again they called me, I didn’t call them) and we had a conversation about me being a patient again. Illume Med Spa told me how they were more convenient and cheaper so I said yes. I went and got my blood work and had it sent to Illume Med Spa and made an appointment with them to speak about my treatment moving forward, I also let my work know I need the time off to go to my appointment. The day of my appointment at noon Illume Med Spa called to let me know that they need to reschedule for next week becomes the person I was meeting with was for new patients not returning ones. So we made an appointment for the fallowing week. After making the appointment I put in another request for personal time to make the new appointment. That is now 4 hours of personal time that I have used. The following week 1 hour before my appointment Illume Med Spa calls and leaves a message on my phone to let me know that the person I had an appointment with was not available and they needed to reschedule. I got to my car to go to my appointment is when I listened to the message, I called back got there answering machine. The message I left was polite, I let Illume Med Spa know that twice we have made appoints and both times had to reschedule, if we make an appointment could we please keep them, because I have to miss work to make them. I have not heard for Illume Med Spa since, it has been well over a mouth and I have called many times to try to make an appointment only to get their answering machine and no call back. The annoying thing is this all stared because Illume Med Spa called me asking how I could be a patient again.
The most caring n wonderful staff! Very knowledgeable n skilled in all areas, including balancing your hormones. You won't be disappointed here!
