We were customers of Douglas Storage and it sold out to Red Dot Storage. We have had nothing but trouble. The first problem was the codes didn't work to get into the unit. Another time, they locked us out because they updated their records to show that we paid monthly. Today we were denied access to our possessions because they were repaving the driveway and had not notified customers the units were inaccessible. In addition, customer service is never apologetic. Each time we have called it has taken at least 20 minutes to get anyone on the phone. It's very inconvenient and they're not good to work with. We were with Douglas storage for 10 years and never had a problem. 3 months with RedDot and we have be denied access on four different occasions! VERY frustrated with this company.
Good place to storage.
Clean, great response every time I've had to call with a question, and my stuff is secure. Every rep. I've ever talked with is outstanding.
