They were over priced and tried to sell me things I didn't want. I wanted a firm massage but got a weak massage.
If I could give this particular location a zero I would. The customer service here is horrible and one of the managers Angela is probably one of rudest individuals I have spoken to in a while. She and the front desk really need to take some sort of course on customer service. I've been to the independence location and they always make you feel welcome and just nice all the way around. I will continue to go independence location because customer service is priority.
I have gone to Massage Envy before but not in this location. Although my massage therapist in the past have been great, I have never had that "WOW" experience and never signed up for a membership. My husband and I booked appointments right after this location just opened because we had some transfer massages gifted to us. My massage therapist, Marci was absolutely amazing. I only wanted back, shoulders and neck, and I got exactly what I needed. She listened, double checked the pressure, and helped me relieve a lot of stress. Needless to say, I was impressed enough and finally found my forever therapist. I signed up for a membership right after, and have now seen Marci twice. I am never changing therapist. Her schedule works great for me since she is there on the weekends. She is the best!!!
