I would give zero stars if it was an option. There was one friendly young lady yhat helped us but that experience all went away out the checkout. After spending almost a $100.00 my 9 year old daughter looked at me and said "Dad I have to go to the restroom now!" With yhe look on her face I could tell that it was a emergency situation. I told the girl who was checking us out that she needs to go right now and she replied no but you can go to another store. I daid we just spent $100.00 here and you won't let a 9 year old kid use the restroom. My daughter said lets go dad I can't wait. We ran to the next store and my daughter didn't make it to the restroom in time. She was so embarrassed and crying that she had crapped her pants. I just want to let you know that this is no way to treat customers. Your employee is lucky the she was a female because I would have gone to jail for beating her up if she was a male. My child cried the whole way home. I understand that stores have policy in place but nedd to make exceptions for emergency situations. I will be contacting your corporate office on Monday.
Horrible customer service. Don't go there if you want to be helped with anything. Last time I will be there EVER.
