Would not rent to me because my Jeep has a soft top. When calling to inquire/cancel my order, I was transferred three times and the final person to answer was quite rude.

I rented a car hauler on a Saturday and a 26' truck the following Tuesday. The Saturday was pretty busy in the morning but I was pulling out after 40 minutes- this was waiting in line, hooking up to the trailer, and having to switch the ball to the other side of the ball carrier. The truck pick up went faster-I was driving out 15 minutes later. Lot is jam packed full of trucks so hard to park it when you drop it back off. The young lady and older guy I worked with on Saturday were very friendly. The older lady on Tuesday was cordial. It's been 3 days since dropping the truck off and no sketchy billing errors have come up like I've read about on Uhaul. The only error I noticed an hour after picking up the truck was the paperwork was for a different truck. I just called back and it was corrected and a new contract receipt was emailed immediately. Will update if anything changes.
The units leak when it rains. The parking lot is horrible and congested
