Wonderful park! My "special needs" niece and her little cousin love it!! She's 11, he is 3. They had a blast. Beautiful park.
Great park, but the children made fun of my son's shoes threw his jacket on the ground, so I can't say the same for the local children.
We went on an overcast day and had a great time, but it might be pretty hot as I didn't see very much shade. We will definitely add this park into our rotation of fun parks to visit.
My children would have happily stayed in this park all day. This park is best for children who love to climb and/or swing. My 4 children ages 4-10 all had a great time climbing on the giant pyramid and two large climbing rocks, swinging on the zip line and swinging on the bungee swing. They tried the teeter totter, but it requires both children to be pretty much of identical weights, so that was a bust for us. This park also has a short walking trail, picnic shelter, bathrooms, and pond.
I love this park. It is interesting for young and older kids alike. There are trails to walk your dog. A zip line, rope climbing, hammock swing, teeter totters, merry go round. The bathrooms are even clean! There is enough parking. I love the large stone walls that provide unique places to sit. And one of the bathrooms is labeled unisex. How weird? If one is occupied wouldn't you just use the other? I was happy that one bathroom was freshly painted. It is hard to find a park with decent bathrooms and changing tables.
Wonderful park for the kids. They call it the climbing park because there is so much to discover and explore. Great for the warm months.
