They don't handle anything in the office they transfer you to different specialist that handle auto or home or rental. They don't assist with anything and don't even know who your home owners insurance is with because they don't get access to it. I will be leaving this company asap. I wish they had one phone number to call to get all of your insurance handled because they have my home and auto. Don't like 50 min phone calls and being transferred 5 times. Maybe I am the only one that dislikes this level of customer service.
They did contacted me in a timely manner. However they gave me one quote I gave them my payment information then they ran my name and gave me a a very high price. My issue is why would you get my credit card information first before you run my information? Would never use GEICO because of the false advertising. Just be honest
attempted to raise my rates after having them for a year with no accidents or tickets when contacted them all they would say was THEIR cost went up what crap so cancelled my coverage with them they tried to take the money they were no longer owed when I blocked the payment with my back they are trying to charge me a twenty dollar fee because I stopped their theft of my money I would recommend ANYWHERE ELSE but these crooks
