The MRI techs were very caring. They made sure I was comfortable (with a painful knee). It was read quickly by the radiologists. My doctor got the results in a timely manner.
Everyone that I came in contact with was wonderful. Great bunch of people. All questions were answered. Every doctor and nurse were on the same page and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Lee's Summit Medical Center to anyone.
I was an out patient there for shoulder surgery. The staff are very informative. It verycalming and relaxing. They make you feel like your special. That was the quickest and smoothest check in I have ever had. What a great hospital.

I chose to go to the Lee's Summit ER because family members had excessive waits at other hospitals. I am very glad I did! My experience at the Lee's Summit ER and Medical Center was great from start to finish. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving and taken to a room within 10 minutes. They immediately did blood work and a urinalysis, and the doctor came in soon after. He explained everything they were going to do and why. Everyone including doctors, nurses, technicians, and staff were friendly and caring. Within 2 hours I was diagnosed with appendicitis and headed to have surgery to have my appendix taken out. The surgeon, nurses, and other medical professionals were amazing. They explained everything in terms I could understand and took great care of me. My entire stay at the hospital was amazing. The nurses were attentive and answered my calls quickly and cheerfully. Everyone was extremely professional. I would definitely return if I ever need their services again!
The October visit must have been a scan. I have had multiple scans since and. Even in hospital for 8 days also.
