It is close to my work and on my way home. Close to local gas station and grocery store as well if needed before heading home. It has reasonable prices for car washing and free vacuuming.
Don't bother coming here. I tried a second chance here but the same issues are there.

This weeks wash was fine and the vacuums are above average. Enough so that its worth mentioning. In the past the wash has been a hit or miss.
Quick, cheap, clean, and free vacuums. My favorite wash in KC.
-The equipment itself is trash and barely works. There was more soap on me than the brush.
-every other car wash in Chino has FREE vacuuming. I didn't have time to vacuum last time but this time I did only to discover that they charge 1.25 to vacuum for 5 minutes
You're better off going somewhere else. The one on Ramona and Philadelphia is cheaper, has free vacuuming, doesn't take your money, has an attendant on site, and the equipment works. Never coming here again.
-There's a 30 second delay after you've entered your money into the machine. It charges you $.25 per 30 seconds so essentially it robs everybody of a quarter right out of the gate.

-tried to get air freshener from the little "vending island" and it took another $1.25.
-No attendant on site to help with faulty equipment.
The wash itself is horrible with cleaning the backs of suv's, wagons, hatchback etc. They mitigate this having 2 people at the start which give you a presoak/brush the back of the car. When its just a single person or depending on the people there is not enough time/effort before the track pushes you into the wash. Sometimes for my xB there is a little soap pushed out by the dryers. i.e. the rinse didn't get it all. The rest seems fine. Auto washes aren't suppose to be a replacement for going to a manual wash bay or a hand wash. So I'll manual wash every 3 washes give or take. Also like some others it has on several occasions pushed side view mirrors backwards. If it doesn't break them I don't see the problem.
